When: Friday, December 2 8:00 am – 8:00 pm & Saturday, December 3 8:00 am – 8:00 pm

The Coast Guard has been assigned the Walmart stores in RENTON and AUBURN on Friday, December 2nd and Saturday, December 3rd. We would like to stress that all of these donations will go to LOCAL CG families: the Chaplain and Sector Ombudsman will be dividing all the donations and distributing them locally, maybe even to families in this group or families you know.
Both days are divided into 3 four hour shifts, from 8am-8pm. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided by the USO for each shift accordingly. There will be tents, tables, and chairs provided by Base Seattle.Renton Wal-Mart location still needs volunteers for the following slots:
Friday: We need 2 people for the 08-12 shift and 2 people for the 12-16 shift and one person to drive for the 16-20 shift.
Saturday: We need one person to drive 08-12 shift and 2 people for 12-16 shift and 3 people for 16-20 shift.
Auburn Wal-Mart location still needs volunteers for the following slots:
Friday: We need 2 people AND a driver (3 total) for the 08-12 shift. We need 2 people for the 12-16 shift. We need 2 people AND a driver (3 total) for the 16-20 shift.
Saturday: We need a driver and a volunteer for the 08-12 shift. We also need 4 volunteers for the 12-16 shift and 3 volunteers for the 16-20 shift. We also need a volunteer driver for the 16-20 shift.
